The Seminary Community celebrated the Rite of Institution of the Ministry of Lector on Sunday 4th February 2024 during the Second Semester Retreat which was directed by Bishop Éamonn Walsh. Tiernan Burke (Cloyne) was instituted as a Lector and Bishop Walsh encouraged him and all those present to clothe themselves in the Word of God and to spend time with the Scriptures every day in order to deepen the relationship with the Incarnate Word and to grow in the ability to share the Word with others by the way we speak and the way we act.
