On Friday 1st April, Seminarians in the 3rd year of the Configuration Stage were presented with a Certificate of Achievement in our Culinary Skills and Cultivating a Healthy Lifestyle in Ministry module. The module is designed to enable the future priest to practice hospitality with his brothers and sisters, in addition to promoting genuine self-care for the man himself. The seminarians involved received guidance on keeping a healthy diet while in active ministry. They were introduced to some basic recipes and skills for cooking and serving meals for oneself and for others in social situations. The Community of Formators is particularly grateful to the Catering Department for their time, their professionalism and their attention to detail.
